Guidelines for Parents and Guardians
The school firmly believes that the active involvement and cooperation of parents are essential for the academic success, character development, and overall well-being of every child. Parents are therefore requested to observe the following guidelines:
* Parents should take a keen interest in their child's academic progress and ensure that homework, assignments, projects, and daily lessons are completed regularly and sincerely.
* Parents are encouraged to regularly monitor their child's school diary, circulars, notices, examination schedules, and other communications issued by the school.
* To maintain the smooth functioning of academic activities, parents are requested not to interrupt classes to meet teachers or students during school hours. Any meeting with a teacher or school authority should be arranged through a prior appointment with the Principal's Office.
* Periodic assessments, class tests, unit tests, and examinations are conducted throughout the academic session. Parents are expected to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and discuss their child's academic performance, attendance, conduct, and overall development.
* Any change in residential address, contact number, mobile number, email address, or emergency contact details must be communicated promptly to the school office to ensure uninterrupted communication.
* Parents should ensure that their wards attend school regularly, punctually, and in proper school uniform. Regular attendance is essential for academic progress and participation in school activities.
* Students arriving late without a valid reason may not be permitted to enter the school premises. Repeated instances of tardiness may attract disciplinary action.
* Parents are advised not to send their children to school when suffering from contagious or infectious illnesses. The school may require a medical fitness certificate before the student rejoins classes.
* Any concerns regarding academics, discipline, transport, or other school-related matters should be communicated through proper channels to ensure timely resolution.
* The school fee structure and other applicable charges may be revised from time to time at the discretion of the School Management in the best interest of the institution. Any such revisions shall be communicated to parents through official notifications.
* Parents are expected to support the school's policies, rules, and values and work in partnership with the institution to create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment for all students.
The school values the trust and cooperation of parents and believes that a strong partnership between home and school plays a vital role in shaping responsible, confident, and successful individuals.
